Pricing

A minimum of 1 hour at a cost of £30 per hour will be charged for a callout. Once I arrive on site an assesment will be made of what is the best course of action. If it is a job which can be fixed there and then each subsequent hour will be charged at £30 per hour. Should the job require me to take the equipment off site then a fixed price will be quoted.

If there is no fix, there is no Fee. Certain conditions will apply for example if called out and problem is caused by faulty hardware which is determined at initial assessment, and customer is not prepared to replace faulty hardware, this will not constitue a 'No Fix' therefore any time taken will be charged at a rate of £30 per hour.
